We were introduced to Bryan by a mutual friend and we have no regrets whatsoever! This was our first experience with selling a property and the level of guidance we were provided was outstanding. Not only did we get help with selling but I had him on speed dial when we were looking at our new home and he was always right there offering advice and being excited for us to be taking our next step in the ladder. In the end i realised it wasnt just about saving real estate fees (but that was a HUGE bonus), but more about having trust that we found someone who genuinely cared about our journey and who got excited with us.
