I was a bit apprehensive about using Optimo, especially since I was a first time seller and was selling my property remotely and tenanted, but I was really impressed with the service.  Optimo was very user friendly and I felt very informed with where the process was at.  I appreciated not having to deal with pushy / pressuring agents.  I have already recommended this service to friends, family and colleagues.
