The thought of selling and buying a home can stir up all kinds of varying levels of anxiety, and so while the thought of stepping away from conventional methods, to doing it ourselves and saving money was encouraging, I’d never done it before and the unknown was a little daunting.
However, after having the process explained, we were off and things were quickly underway.
It was great to be able to just ring if we had a questions, and our questions were answered quickly and with much assurance.
After only a month the house sold.
